Under Tony’s leadership as CEO, Booktopia transformed into one of Australia’s most successful home-grown businesses, often referred to as “Australia’s Amazon.” The company now sells one book every 10 seconds and ships over 1,000,000 parcels annually via Australia Post, boasting a customer base of over 900,000 Australians.

In May 2014, Booktopia opened a new headquarters and distribution center in Homebush, Sydney, encompassing over 10,000 square meters. The company has been consistently recognized as one of the BRW Fast 100 companies for five consecutive years and has been a finalist in the Telstra Business Awards for three years running.
